STEPHANIE DORIA WILEY (AWI-CH)
Stephanie Doria Wiley conducts impartial workplace investigations of all kinds, including investigations of employment complaints involving sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, bullying, and other workplace misconduct.
Prior to forming Doria Wiley Law, Stephanie spent two decades as an employment litigator and counselor advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters. She began her career representing employers in the San Francisco office of Paul Hastings LLP, an international law firm with a premier employment practice. In 2004, Stephanie left Paul Hastings to become a founding partner of a boutique Bay Area employment law firm, where she spent 14 years representing employees in litigation, including sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation matters, while also advising both employers and employees on employment-related issues. Stephanie’s experience representing both employers and employees provides a unique and balanced perspective in her role as an independent workplace investigator.
Stephanie is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators and is a graduate of AWI’s Training Institute for Workplace Investigators and an AWI Certificate Holder (AWI-CH). She has been recognized by Law & Politics Magazineas a Northern California Super Lawyer in employment law for multiple years, including 2008–2023 and her most recent selection for 2026.
